1. Service
Skirbi.ai provides AI-assisted writing tools for Aruban Papiamento — including grammar checking, content creation, translation, and conversational assistance. The service is provided as-is during its beta period and may change at any time.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service to generate harmful, illegal, or misleading content.
- Attempt to bypass usage limits through automated means or proxies.
- Resell or redistribute output from Skirbi.ai without attribution.
- Use the service in a way that harms the Papiamento language or its community.
3. AI-generated content
Skirbi.ai uses Claude (Anthropic) for AI-powered features. Output may contain errors. Always review AI suggestions before publishing or submitting important documents. We are not liable for errors in AI-generated content.
4. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of the text you submit. Skirbi.ai retains ownership of the platform, grammar rules, and vocabulary database. Our linguistic data is compiled from public Aruban government sources and official orthography references.
5. Usage limits
Free usage is subject to daily limits enforced per browser session. Paid plans offer higher limits. We reserve the right to adjust limits at any time.
6. Payments
Paid subscriptions are processed via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically. Cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods except where required by Aruban law.
7. Limitation of liability
Skirbi.ai is provided without warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service, including errors in grammar suggestions, translations, or AI-generated content.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Aruba. Disputes will be resolved in Aruban courts.
9. Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
